Reflexology is effectively a form of massage. By touching the reflex points on the sole of the foot you can correspond with organs and systems in the body via energy channels known as ‘zones’ or ‘meridians’. When illness or imbalance occurs, the corresponding energy channels become blocked. You can unblock these channels using Reflexology Massage and allow the energy to flow freely again.
