One Full Day Course. The unique form of massage therapy – Hot & Cold Stone massage uses volcanic stones to warm and cool the body in a specific body sequence. Find out which stones are chosen to correspond to specific parts of the body and how to use cold marble stones to balance the body. On this course, you will learn how to perform not only a full body routine but also how to tailor messages to suit your individual client in a safe and effective manner. It is a deeply soothing and relaxing form of massage. To enroll on this course, you’ll need to hold a certificate in Swedish body massage.

An extremely practical course – learning about hot stone therapy – from the placement of stones to the massage itself. You’ll also be able to understand how to tailor the treatment to the individual client’s needs.
Course Structure
This is a one and a half day course focusing on the practical aspect of Hot Stone Therapy.
Completing the Course
Upon completion of this course, you will gain a Chill Out Training Academy Certificate of Achievement which is fully accredited by The Association of Beauty Therapists (ABT). This allows you to offer this type of massage professionally as well as obtain public liability insurance.
Course Requirements
To be eligible for acceptance into this course you need to hold a qualification in Swedish body massage
