The training is intended to develop practical confidence and further understanding of the body for Massage and Spa therapists who require advanced treatment knowledge to focus on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. It aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through strong pressure and deep strokes on the contracted areas of stress.

The Deep Tissue Massage Course
This course runs for one day and it is designed to be an intensive course to teach students the art of a deep tissue massage. You’ll learn how to effectively release tension in the body through pressure and deep strokes. At the end of the course, you’ll receive a certificate, accredited with ABT, so that you can offer this treatment professionally.
The Requirements
A level 3 beauty qualification or a certificate relevant to massage is required to enroll in the Deep Tissue Massage course. You will need a model for your assessment.
