Q. Do I have to pay for a course in full before I start?
A. We require a small deposit to secure your place on any of our courses. The balance is then payable on your first day.

Q. Do you offer payment terms?
A. Yes. In certain circumstances, we can spread the cost of the course to help you budget more easily. There’s a small admin fee applied for this service

Q. Do you provide government funding for courses?
A. We are a private training academy and therefore do not have access to funded courses.

Q. How often do you run courses?
A. The majority of our courses are repeated several times throughout the year. Our website should provide information on start dates but if in doubt, please call us.

Q. How do I book on to a course?
A. It’s really easy. You can book on line where you’ll have the option to pay in full or by way of a deposit. Alternatively, just give us a quick call to confirm that we have availability and we’ll take your details and confirm your place. You will need to pay a deposit to secure your place.

Q. What do I need to bring?
A. Usually, just yourself. However, if there is a specific requirement we will detail this in your course confirmation email.

Q. Do I need models?
A. This depends on the course. In some instances you may be asked to arrange your own models so that we can assess your progress. However, we will give you plenty of notice and if this becomes a problem for you, just let us know and we should be able to help.

Q. Can I come have a look at the college and meet my tutor before committing?
A. Absolutely. We encourage anyone interested in studying with us to check us out thoroughly. After all, this is a big decision. You can find out more about our tutors here.

Q. When will I receive my certificate?
A.  With our one day or in-house courses, the certificate is normally given to you on the day you complete.

Q. Where are you based?
A. We are located within the grounds of Knowsley Hall near to Knowsley Village. The exact location is detailed on Google Maps and our website.
